Corn Dip
This is one of my favorite dip recipes to make.
Simply, quick and most of all....a crowd pleaser!
1 cup of Mayo
1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1 small can Jalapenos (you can go mild, medium or hot depending on the temperature you would like to make)
1 can Mexican Fiesta Corn
Mix - Mayo, Monterey Jack Cheese, Jalapenos and corn in a small oven safe casserole bowl. Before putting in oven sprinkler Parmesan Cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.
Serve with your favorite corn chips and enjoy
