If you love cheesy potatoes, this recipe is a must! So easy to make.
Company Potatoes
- 1 large pkg. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1 can cream of Potato Soup
- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 med onion chopped (optional)
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1-2 cups grated cheese
- Sale, Pepper and Garlic Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients (except cheese) together. Put in lightly greased 9 x 13 Casserole. Sprinkle with Paprika and Parsley Flakes. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for about 2 hours. May need to add milk while baking. Add grated cheese on top the last 10 min of baking.
